What you are required when filling Canada eTA


  • Valid passport from the visa-exempt country
  • Valid email address


Have any of the following satisfactory methods of payment which you can pay 7 dollars CAD fee which is non-refundable:

  • The pre-paid Visa, American Express or Mastercard
  • Visa credit or Debit

When you are applying for the Canada eTA, it is only paying for a single person at one time. For instance, for the family of three, it is supposed to complete and then submits a form which comprises three people. You are supposed to ensure you have printed the receipt immediately. You will not be in a position to print it afterward or receive a copy of it. What you are supposed to do is to hear from them via email only.
